Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for Healing Heartbreak

I want to share this resource as many of you write to me with questions related to breakups, loneliness, and all aspects of healing. I recently participated in a comprehensive EFT webinar series, and I was AMAZED at what a simple, accessible, and powerful tool this is to have in your arsenal for those challenging times we all face throughout our lives. The EFT process guides you in acknowledging your feelings and feeling your way through them, serving as a support system and facilitating healing while you are in the midst of pain, confusion, anxiety, and anything else that comes up. I find that it moves the energy and stuck emotions, and also opens you up to new ways of seeing a situation or being with a situation so you can move forward. This simple technique has been studied and shown to reduce the stress hormone, cortisol, by 24-50%, as well as PTSD symptoms in war veterans. There are many different practitioners of this technique. I personally love Brad Yates and his free video library on his YouTube channel covering almost every topic you can imagine. If you don’t resonate, research the many others who do this work and find someone who does. Everybody has their own style. You can also check out Lindsay Kenny who is considered an EFT relationship expert; she has powerful relationship processes to heal a broken heart and go deep into the belief systems and fears that prevent us from attracting/maintaining happy, healthy relationships.
