Phone/Zoom Readings Versus In-Person Readings

I’m often asked about the difference between receiving a reading in person versus receiving one over the phone or Zoom. People wonder how it can work over the phone or if it works at all. In my experience, energy is energy, and therefore not limited in any way. The form of the reading may be different, but the content remains the same. While my reading technique differs very slightly, the insights and information that come through are crystal clear.

During my in person readings, I often have the person in front of me participate at the beginning + end of the reading by choosing their own card(s) in addition to the cards I have pulled. In a remote reading, I’m serving as proxy for the person on the other side of the phone. So I am connecting to your angels & guides, tuning into your energy field, and pulling cards on your behalf. The feedback & testimonials I receive from my remote sessions have demonstrated they are equally as potent and accurate as in person sessions.

As always, it is up to you to decide what feels good for you and how you prefer to experience your reading.

What if I am afraid or nervous to get a reading?

Many clients come to me have already been exposed to tarot and seek tarot readings out, while others are curious but hesitant, unsure what to expect. And then there are those who are scared or believe it is “dark” in some way. Some have seen the Death or Tower cards and given it a literal negative context, or will say something like, I’m too scared to know my future. Tarot is a mystical art after all, and as such, we are interacting with the unseen and the unknown, which understandably can create trepidation for those unfamiliar with this spiritual tradition & practice.

It is so important to practice discernment when looking for a reader or anyone you are going to be exchanging energy with (i.e. practitioners, healers, body workers, acupuncturists, etc.). Ask yourself: Do I vibe with their energy? Do they feel good to me? Do I feel safe? This is where referrals, testimonials and trusting your instinct can be important in aligning with energy that is healthy and elevating for you. Because our greatest healing is done where a safety field has been created, and your system knows it can truly relax, be held and be seen within the high frequency container your practitioner is holding.

In terms of my work and my practice, I am very clear and very intentional about connecting with the angels and working with angelic frequencies. So for me personally, I do not entertain any kind of dark arts, spell work or things of that nature. 

Tarot from my perspective is a spiritual practice and an art, both a mystical art and a creative art in terms of the depth, beauty & magic conveyed within the practice, the symbolism, and artwork. Tarot merges our human intuition with and through the tarot cards, utilizing symbols and the various layered meanings of the cards along with their placements in the reading and in conjunction with each other to illuminate patterns, energetics and truth to support the person being read. 

Which brings me to my last point — some people don’t want to know their future. (I have become one of those people myself!) The point of a tarot reading is not necessarily to find out what happens in the future. Although, I have many people sit at my table and say, “Tell me about my future!” 

The future can and will come up IF IT IS IN YOUR HIGHEST GOOD to know that information. 

Remember, my prayer and intention when I sit down to read you is to connect with my team of angels and your team of angels and bring forward what you most need to know right now to move you into your highest potential. Sometimes they will share a future timeline, and other times they will not, as they are discerning in what information is going to be most helpful to you. 

So while some readings will present future potentials, others will bring depth and insights as to a belief system, toxic pattern or person you need to address in order to move forward towards your goals. A reading can present you with options you may not have considered in the areas you feel stuck or aren’t seeing progress in your life. A reading can reveal blocks hiding in your blindspot or confirm something you’re feeling but allowing your intellect to override. My readings also address mindset and practices to boost self-care, self-love and self-esteem to expand your personal frequency.
