Postpone, postpone, postpone, but the inevitable is inevitable

Many people go to great lengths to avoid the truth. They commit to living a life of deep-seated denial to keep the truth at bay at all times. They even seek out addiction to distract themselves from it. But the truth is like a beach ball you try to push down into the water only to have it pop back up in your face. Imagine the amount of energy it takes to suppress the truth day in and day out. It’s exhausting, and it becomes challenging to access the levels of energy needed to do what you are here to do and create a life you love.

Here is the thing about the truth: you can postpone, postpone, postpone, but the inevitable is inevitable. The truth will eventually be revealed in one way or another, or the lies will slowly chip away at your spirit whether you acknowledge it or not. Sooner or later, we all have to face the music and pay the piper. And the other reality is, only a life built on truth can give you the foundation for the life you truly want.

If you are feeling blocked, or some area of your life has plateaued, ask yourself: what truth are you avoiding? Where are you not being true? The only way we get to be free is by total and radical openness and acceptance of the truth. The truth is the fuel that propels us forward past all the obstacles we keep running into and on to the exciting undiscovered territory that inspires our evolution and the manifestation of our highest potential.

Be brave. The only way out is through
