Compassion is the Way

As counter-intuitive as it might feel, COMPASSION IS THE WAY. I receive a lot of the messages from followers that contain a similar theme of beating themselves up for behaving a certain way such as not getting over a breakup fast enough, not being strong enough to walk away, or knowing better but doing the opposite. These “mistakes” we might make are part of the human learning curve of life. We don’t get anywhere (at least not in a sustainable way) by berating and abusing ourselves. Compassion is a deeply nourishing ingredient that goes hand in hand with developing unconditional love for the self. From that place of unshakeable unconditional love, you can do, be, have, attract your deepest desires because your foundation is unbreakable. Whatever occurs externally cannot affect that deeply rooted well of love, and more important, when you achieve this inner state, you consistently operate from a state of bliss. This blissful state becomes a bright beacon beckoning to others vibrating at the same frequency aligning all the components needed to bring your dreams to fruition.

The next time you are tempted to judge yourself harshly, think of a 4 year old child. If this child was unable to tie his shoelace, would you harshly criticize and call him names? No, you would continue to demonstrate and practice with him until he can do it on his own. Give yourself the same patience, compassion and respect YOU DESERVE. Remember this so called mistake is more like an element in your life curriculum you are here to master, much like a math concept. You keep working on it until it is complete. There is no deadline, no pressure. You are on your own timetable and have the ability to seek as much support as needed in what is ultimately a process of shifting into alignment with your highest self to realize ALL of your potential ♥
